My goal is to help you break out of the “no different than anyone else” marketing death traps that most businesses fall into (Great Customer Service, Quality Products, In Business Since...), and help you achieve a greater level of success by creating a compelling, consistent, and benefits-driven message that will help your customers conclude that you alone are uniquely able to fulfill their need.

I can do this because most of my career has been spent building and leading corporate, results-based design teams. As the lead artist at the Athens Banner-Herald I trained and lead my team in the design of award winning, revenue generating spec ads and special sections. (The hardest part was in trying to get companies to express what made them truly unique from the point of view of their customer’s needs.) I then joined Rhone Merieux (now Merial Limited). At Rhone Merieux I started and built up the in-house design team that helped Rhone Merieux grow from a new, unknown direct-to-vet company with 10 line items and $19 million in yearly sales to a well known and highly respected company with over 150 line items and $170 million in sales. (This grew to $650 million in sales by 2000 as Merial Limited.) Rhone Merieux, a start-up company, knew what made them unique from all other vet bio companies. During this time I designed the sales and marketing materials for the successful launches of Imrab, VetRED, Immiticide, and Recombinant Lyme vaccine. I also assisted in the launch of Frontline Spray, Frontline TopSpot, and a complete line of cattle vaccines. My group was diverse in that we supported the sales teams in Canada (English and French), Mexico (Spanish), and Brazil (Portuguese).

These two jobs helped me develop the ability to create results-based print materials for both the retail and business-to-business sectors. Which market are you trying to reach?

In 2001 I left Merial and went 100% freelance. Most recently I have added packaging for biologicals and pharmaceuticals to my vast print experience.

I have always built long-term working relationships with my customers and suppliers. I can think of no greater way to demonstrate to you their satisfaction.
